Alright, so today will be a short blog. It is like umpteen million degrees out here in Long Beach, and I have a barely working a/c unit so I’m feeling it. Plus I spent all day writing marketing articles at work, so writing doesn’t seem to fun hah.
Anyways, I picked up Star Wars: Uprising on my tablet and it is amazing! They took several elements from KOTOR and merged them with Diablo-esque dungeons. Plus, its cross platform from Android and iOS! Pretty sweet!
At first it seems simple, but as you go through and level up you unlock more and more features. Like the class system, or lack there-of. You can’t choose your starting class, but around level 5-7 you are able to start buying new class abilities. It seems reminiscent of Star Wars Galaxies where you get to pick and choose whatever abilities you want and build your own class around that.
Anyways, I’m sure I’ll be writing more about it as I go. But I wish I could be Imperial in it… Being a rebel scum isn’t as much fun.
